Sorry I've been inactive for a while. my job has taken me hostage but i will keep bringing you great instagram photographers thru my follow friday features. For today's #followfriday, I'd like to introduce you to Mimosa Nguyen @itsmimo , 23 living in Sydney, Australia. He initially started photography exactly last year when his partner bought him a camera as a birthday present. He then discovered Instagram and this community has helped him develop his photographic skills and has also given him inspiration. Finally I got to finish my first edit of @tylerforesthauser 's #tylerforesthauser_freeforall photos. The background photo was taken by the great @tylerforesthauser and the color was done using #mextures by @merekdavis. I miss doing composites. They are time consuming but oh so rewarding. @nesp Haha...well...the only thing I could think to relate to his quote was that science dictates entropy and death for all living creatures. However, both art and science can yield "life". Art in a more soulful sense can enliven the artist and audience, while science can bring about health, entertainment, and an easier life for all people affected by it.

I see science as pebbles in a cup and art as the fine sand grains that fills the volume that cannot be filled by science. In this sense, they are complimentary, i.e. they are not in a dichotomous either/or relationship. Cheers!

Chinedu we are so kindred spirits suffering from the same illness...only my soul mate also suffers from it. So when I do hit the brakes...he doesn't look at me like I have three heads...he grabs his Nikon or Android too. I am glad she is at least understanding and supportive of your passion and vision. The equipment arsenal is another beast to tame! If he didn't keep me in check...we would have a body for every lens, etc but he is unfortunately my voice of reason there. That's when he "hits the brakes" ; )
