I'm backkkkkkk!
Protein crepes with a Greek yogurt and jam filled inside! I want these for every meal of the day haha.

1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
2 egg whites
1/2 cup of oats
1/8 cup of water
Stevia to taste
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein
1/2 tsp of baking powder
*blend*

Cook 2 pancakes on stove top. I used coconut oil to cook them.
Then add the middle goodness which is:
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
2 tbsp of low sugar jam
Stevia to taste

VOILA! 👌

Best salad after working out everrrrr! I combined the organic kale mix, a tbsp of buffalo hummus (tastes like buffalo dip, no joke), 1/3 cup of quinoa and brown rice mix, and grilled chicken. 💪😋

Topped it with a mixture of butter, parm cheese and lemon juice and broiled it. And made a low carb broccoli casserole on the side. Basically a 5 carb per svg dinner

Caption

I made a giant thing of like a sweet potato pie. This is a guilt free one tho! Put 6 sweet potatoes in the oven at 400 for an hr. After an hr let them cool for 15 mins and take out all of the "pulp" and mash it in a bowl. Then melt 1/4 cup coconut oil in a pain. Sauté a small onion in that until softened and then add 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/8 tsp all spice, some salt and pepper and then add in however much sugar you want to use. I used stevia. Probably about a couple tablespoons. Mix that all up and then pour into the sweet potato bowl and mix again! Yummy😋
