What the heck do you do at the gym that burns that many cals?

I do a hour long BodyPump class which is lifting weights and such, works all the body. I average 550 cals in that class. Then elliptical for 25 mins which is like 225 cals. Then some other weight lifting and stretching. This was 2 hours and 20 mins of exercise @ciarameow

You could really wear it whenever you wanted, it has a strap that goes around your chest to track your heart rate and determine how many calories you've burnt. This is actually one of the less expensive models you can buy. I think it's worth it @cmaheden
