"Timing waits for no man." ✈ #whpputaplaneonit ✈ It's ironic how I've been traveling all weekend long, and I didn't have a single photo of a plane flying up in the sky. I had several missed opportunities because either we were paying at a toll booth, trying to catch our own plane at the airport, or by the time I reached for my phone, the plane had already landed! Disheartened, I finally gave up on this @Instagram project when we left the airport and drove home. As soon as I stepped out of the car in our driveway, I saw a plane flew above me, and I was able to snap this photo before my phone battery died!! Before 9-11, there used to be two towers so high up in the sky where you can now see the new World Trade Center building. I remember the excitement I felt when I was on the rooftop of one of those twin towers. Amazing view and you can feel the building sway with the wind!

500 years ago, Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de Leon and his crew landed in the east coast of what is now called Florida--right there at Guana River State Park in Ponte Vedra Beach to be exact. A statue of Ponce de Leon has recently been erected at the park to commemorate his discovery of Florida.
