@shellmoira I haven't made these anchors no, they where actually a pair of earrings I had which broke so I made them into plugs hah! I can have a look at getting some in for you though, 28mm wouldn't be a problem π

@kashemily just got back into yoga so hammering out half an hour of that when I get pain, never used wheat bags but might have to invest, hate taking pain killers when I know it will only help temporarily xxx

I'm trying to find a good local class at the moment, the one as the crystal leisure centre is good but doesn't push you really, there is one at Halesowen centre I wanna check out you're welcome to come with if you're not at work, Tuesday 11:15 xxx
