This is the cute Riley. I found him running on the 8east this morning on my way to work. I don't know I anyone who witnessed it will see this but I want to thank the people who slowed down on the freeway to catch awareness and helped me save this little guy. His family is beyond thankful and so happy that we were able to get their baby back home safely. Well, I always apply powder 1st, which absorbs oil & moisture. This protects the surface of your skin from lifting.
