Today For dinner I prepared a simple but delicious dish using Tilapia and mussels... In a hot pot I fried onions, galic, tomato, red Peruvian chili, tomato pasta and after 5 minutes I add 1/2 cup of Corona beer, after reducing and evaporating the alcohol, I added fish stock, , finally the tilapia and mussels and let it cooked another 5 minutes. Finally I added lemon, capers and parsley. The recipe is in my blog.

Today for lunch I prepared something easy, fast, only 30 minutes and of course tasted good and healthy. Pumpkin cooked in a pressure cooker stuffed with vegetables (2 kinds of pumpkin, corn, peas, carrot, onion, pore, garlic) fresh cheese, pomegranate, white wine, fish broth and finally shrimps. First fry onion, pore, garlic, carrots, add wine, peas, shrimps and cheese and pomegranate at the end all over the boiled pumpkin. The recipe in my blog. Enjoy!

I have been tag for my friend Melissa @myeeee for showing 8 things about me, let's keep it simple but concise about 8 extracts of my life that define who I am.
1.- 2 years ago I couldn't walk 5 metes, sitting or even lying in bed, I had a herniated dish and my life was almost over, after many treatments I got operated and I decided that I wanted my life back, today I ran 10k and I need to keep improving...That explain why I see everyday as a bless to me and why I choose to be happy.
2.- I'm a romantic man and it started like simple thoughts and now it's part of my life, my 50 shades of Manu. A romantic and passionated history of a man that follow his heart, man of details, a dreamer that just want to be happy as everybody else and follow until the end of world to the woman of his dreams.
3.- This is Lima by night, rush hour and I even in this kind of situation, you can see a show light and realize that always there are two ways to see life, looking for the positive side of every situation or just being part of the problem. You decide what is the best for you.
4.- I love waiting for the sunset every day, a unique free show that warm my heart.
5.- I love flowers, I can't live without having at least one at home, my favorite is bougainvillea
6.- The title don't define being a Chef, is your heart that deal with ingredients and your passion that transform them into a delicious dish, if someone tells you that cooking is difficult, don't pay attention, every body can be a Chef at home if you cook with heart for you or your family or whatever inspire you.
7.- My favorite dish: Cebiche, I can prepare it in many ways, cold, warm, using fish, chicken, mushrooms, fruits, only the sky is the limit.
8.- I love surfing because I deal directly with a strong force of nature and find perfect balance to gently surf his waves and be in harmony with this world.

Today for luch I wanted to prepare something delish, because of these sunny days refusing to go and we have every day the freshest seafood from our Pacific Ocean, an now is mango season, I wanted to mix all this ingredients and with the company of my sister Freia. We prepared live this dish, she wants to improve her cooking skills and I'm so happy to share great moments with her.
