So I'm sure a lot you guys are like me when it comes to makin some tanks. I couldn't tell you how many shirts I have ruined my t-shirts trying to get both sides to match perfectπ«. Well here is your answer, the muscle tee stencil! The guys at @themuscletee sent me this to try out and it actually workedπ. Laid out the shirt, drew some lines on both sidesβ, made two simple cutsβ, and boomπ₯, there you go. No more asking momπ or throwing away T-shirtsπ½. Perfect for cutting those sleeves off and showing those gunsπ«!

Sometimes we need to stop worrying about how much we can lift, how much body-fat we have, or what we look like in the mirror. Just remember how lucky you are to be able to go to the gym and pick up the weight you do. As you read this there are people in hospital beds that can't move or are breathing their last breath wishing they were you. No matter what shape your in just make sure you thank the man above for the health you have and the ability to move your body! Now go lift some weight for the people that can't and look in the mirror time to time and say one simple word, BLESSED π

@imafreeman it wasn't until I got really sick, been out of the gym eleven months now, that I could see how lucky I was to be able to train, or even go for a walk. Now I'm thankful for anything I can still do. Never ever take it for granted. There is no such thing as a bad workout!!

Pulled this little chart out of Women's Health. It's amazing how much it takes to work off these items. So just be prepare to lunge home after you gulp down that milkshake. I'm all about having a cheat day once a week but these types of items tend to sneak their way in on other days. We think o it's just one Coke or it's just one piece of pizza. These little items will add as many calories as you use during a whole workout. So keep it clean my lady friends xo

I know your intentions are well, and it's not your fault at all, but this article is such crap it's not even funny! As a trainer I hate these magazines that publish this garbage, nutrition advice solely based on foods, and programs that promise abs in days or weeks....

@imafreeman since your put this up there I must say one of the most true posts out there. None the less I'm working on perfecting this body of mine. I did thus a year ago but then chaos happened and more I've gained 40 lbs and now is an absolute must to get back in shape.. now with all of this chaos I was only able to exercise once side of my body and now I have one love handle noticeably larger than the other.. is there anything you could think of to help me out ? Nike + running is by far the best app I have used for running, plus it's FREE β‘Has great audio feedback to let u know your distance, pace, and time β‘You can listen to your iPhone music while u run as well as have powersongs lined up to help you with an extra boost β‘ GPS map to show your route β‘You can also sync it with Facebook so people can watch you do your run plus when they like your run post it cheers for you to keep goingπ. This one is a must to add to your fitness folderπͺ. FYI I left my time running after this mile so no that is not my time per mile lol.

Agree with @bklyn_filirican718 I have used both and like Mapmyrun better. Regardless of what app you use though it definitely helps with pacing and hitting goals..however, every once in a while its nice to unplug and just go run without worrying about keeping a certain pace or time.

Make sure you link it to your Facebook. Before each run it should ask if u want to share. If that doesn't help I would google the question and someone should have an answer to that question @amy_michele_

Haven't laid out a workout for you guys in a while so here's one I did for chest and back this week. Should take 45-60 mins with a fast pace. This workout starts heavy with low reps and ends light with burnout sets. Enjoy and Ill try to post more workouts in the future.

That's right, you have 5 minutes to see how many push-ups you can do. I ended up with 187. Make sure you have good form
-Keep your body stiff and straight as a plank
-Elbows at a 45 degree angle from your sides -Breath in on the way down
-Lower your body all the way down, allowing your sternum to gently touch the floor
-Breathe out on the way up
Girls you can do them on your knees if needed. Comment me your max. Girls try to beat 50, guys shoot for 100+. Once you get your number write it down and a couple times a week try and beat that number. This will help build up your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core muscles. And GO!

Your goals will never be achieved it your diet isn't in check. Skip out on the fast food and choose healthy snacks. Here is a list of items I like to munch on if I get an urge to cheat on my diet
-Greek yogurt and granola
-smoked salmon on veggie chips
-cottage cheese and pineapple -vanilla whey protein with unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 an avocado
-mint dark chocolate oven roasted almonds
-all natural peanut butter and celery

They can be a decent snack. Has less fat then the regular chips. But with all good tasting foods u have to watch out that u don't over eat. 1 serving equals one ounce and I can't tell u the last time I ate just 1 ounce of any type of chips! So it's a better choice but make sure u can stop the hand from going into that bag more than it should. @jess514

Try a this peanut butter I live from trader joes. It's called Better N' Peanut butter. It delicious and only has 2grams of fat per serving. Gives me my peanut butter craving without all the unwanted stuff to stay lean ;)

Hello my friends, hope you're out enjoying the weekend. Sunny skies over here in Ohio. Looks like I picked a great week to take off. Missing the playground but I'm making the best of this time to recharge. Have big plans in the works. With having so much support from you guys, I feel the need to expand the quest of motivation and spreading the word for this perfect prescription called fitness. Once I hit 10k I am teaming up with my buddy to create motivational T-shirts that will express what you and this lifestyle is all about. We will be having you guys help pick out the best ones. Who knows where we will go from there. I feel blessed that I'm able to do this and I feel this is just a step to the next level.
