@oohmyoohman_3 I don't know everything that well...but I do a whole bunch of workouts. My favorites are, Overhead Triceps, Preacher Curls, Dip Machine, Front Plate Raise, Triceps Pushdown and Bench Dips. The weight also varies from a large range too depending on the type of workout, so just try and find a comfortable weight to start off of for each chosen routine :) Look up workout tutorials online that target your Triceps, Biceps, Forearms, Shoulders, etc.
