I provided some pictures for a couple of the bicep workouts I did today. Preacher curls, concentration curls, hammer preacher curls! The bottom left and right look the same but the grip is totally different! Do 4 sets of EACH of these bad boys consecutively and you will for sure feel the burn 😈 My arms are so weak right now! I had trouble shaking my blender bottle because of it! The top pictures were just some tricep pump pics I thought to add in. I'd rather have amazing tris than bis πŸ˜‹ Triceps account for 2/3 of your arm. Want bigger arms? WORK TRIS!

Lean chicken breast, black whole ground pepper, cayenne pepper, and Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning. 350 for 25 minutes (this can vary). Keep sodium to a minimum! No salt needed. Delicious as is! No oil either. Wrapped foil around a Pyrex. No stick!

Plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, little bit of honey for sweetness, PB 2 and cinnamon. Stuck in the freezer for 45 mins. Heated up a Chocolate Peanut Butter Quest Bar in the microwave and tore it into pieces. Consistency of ice cream with warm brownie chunks. 😍 Had this for breakfast, not gonna lie. Got home late from work. My feet hurt. Tired and blahhh. However, recent clean eats: Turkey burger with spinach, broccoli and rice (top pic) and turkey burger with spinach and sweet potato. Good times. Anyways, serious question:

I was on the trampoline maybe 2 weeks ago. Landed and my knees made a tiiiny popping sound. They were fine, but recently it hurts to straighten my legs occasionally (especially after being bent for so long) and there's lots of discomfort when I sit in certain positions (mostly when my knees are bent, aka sitting on the floor with my legs bent to the side, stacked on top of each other. So hard to describe hahaha) Any thoughts? I'm too scared to train legs now because I don't want to make the situation worse. But I'm also scared to NOT train legs for a bit and lose strength/muscle. I'm honestly freaking out about it and stressing over it. Thoughts? Any input is appreciated! Really. Oh and look close, you can see some veins on my right forearm πŸ‘½πŸ‘½

This is all mine in about 2 hours.
β€’Turkey burger (no salt!), a TON of baby spinach (it's all condensed together) and about 1/2 of an avocado.
How I made the turkey burger: β€’Added whole ground black pepper, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper to lean, raw turkey.
β€’Made them into patty form.
β€’Put them on a pan covered with foil, stuck it in the oven.
β€’350 for 15 minutes
β€’Broil for 3 minutes
β€’Take em out, put foil on top to cover, let rest for 10-15 minutes!

Then I added more pepper on top real quick before I left the house this morning! Turk burg, spinach and avo taste amazing together, but even better when you throw some low sodium ketchup on top! NEW MONTH, NEW YOU!!! Make it a good month!

Really hit me today how easy #mealprep is. I need to start dedicating more time to prepping my meals. Being prepared decreases (if not completely eliminates) my chances of cheating. For example, you get home after a long day and you're starving. Obviously that leftover pizza in the fridge is going to look appealing. Have your meals prepped and 100% ready allows you to grab your chicken with brown rice and asparagus straight from the fridge and eat on the spot! No last minute cooking, prepping, cutting, etc. This works especially for me because when I get home and I'm hungry, things get pretty crazy 😳😳😳 I'll eat pretty much anything I can get my hands on, and when I'm really starving, there's no way I'd even consider cooking something because I'm too hungry and impatient to wait!
So please, don't learn the hard way like I did! 😝 Really spend some quality time prepping your meals so you'll be prepared and more likely to achieve your goals! Nutrition really is 80% of results. WATCH WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR BODY!

Honesty time 🌟
I ate horribly today. I couldn't control my cravings and I feel awful! But I am human. I make mistakes. I literally couldn't control myself and I feel guilty, but not too guilty to the point where I would just "give up" and blow off this entire week!

These pictures were taken this weekend and it feels nice to start seeing changes. Slowly leaning down! To cut fat, your diet MUST be on point! I'm using today as motivation to really kick my ass HARD this week. I'm getting motivated just typing this hehe. So lets eat clean this week, guys. You'd be surprised how much change you can see in just seven days! My workout game was a bit off last week (busy with school!) yet I was strict on my diet and I definitely saw changes! Goes to show how IMPORTANT it is that you watch what you put in your body! Your body is a temple. 🌟 Be good to it!
Now that school will be coming to a close, I'm excited to start really focusing on my goals again. Still got ways to go! But I'm determined to get there. Let's kill it this week, y'all πŸ‘½πŸ’€

@ohhannerz pepper, salt free seasoning etc. I put lemon and dill on top of this. but for cooking, it varies. For chicken I would try 350 for maybe 20 min first. It's better to undercook and then extend the time rather than overcook and not be able to fix it

Luckily my husband was in New York for business and got me some salt free Mrs Dash seasoning thank you! Ill try it and see if I can handle no salt!! 😊
