Meal and snack prep for most of my work week. Kale, spinach, carrots, purple onions, red bell pepper, red pepper, avocado, purple cabbage, cilantro, ginger root and red bell pepper dressing (homemade by me!), fresh watermelon, blueberries, raw, organic almonds and walnuts, organic dried cranberries, low fat raisin, almond, cranberry granola, and English cucumber. This is a hard habit to keep up and the past two weeks I have been slacking hardcore with my eating and exercising (have not been to the gym for 2 weeks!!!! Bad bad bad!). New week. It might not be a lot of weight lost, but this, to me, is something to be proud of. Especially since, my body is at a point where it is hard to lose weight (my Grave's Disease and severe hormone deficiency), I worked HARD, to get the weight off.
