Okay you look amazing 😍😍 i have a question. I have a little stomach pudge and would realllly like it gone but i dont know what else i can do. I work out at the gym 3 times a week doing cardio and weight lifting and i am active the other days walking around campus and always taking the stairs. I eat healthy all the time. Lots of fruits and veggies every day. I eat the good fats like nuts, pb and avocado. I try to stay away from added sugar as much as possible except for on the weekend for my cheat day (which i dont overdue...i still stay withing my calorie limit). I drink coffee in the morning but i use 1 1/2 packets of splenda and a little half and half. I dont drink or smoke. And i drink water atleast 5-6 glasses of water a day. Ive read tons of articles about how to trim down stomach pudge but i cant really relate to any of them because all my habits are already healthy. What can i do?? πŸ˜”πŸ˜” @lina_fit

The pic to the left was me on my way to the hospital with my second child.πŸ‘­ The pic to the right is me today ... Feeling Better than ever at almost 42 years old πŸ™.
.

After going through 2 c-sections, my expections were pretty low. I wasn't I wasn't sure if my body was going to bounce back after the second pregnancy since I had gained over 40 lbs. I was excited to get to the gym but I was still doing mostly cardio and and very light weights. In order to lose the "baby weight" I would go through my days eating poorly and thought the less I ate the more weight I would lose. I would attempt going into the weight room to lift weights but was so intimated that I would go to the gym at 4:30 am in hopes of avoiding people so no one would see me working out .. #truth
But as I started lifting weights, and slowly began seeing results,
my confidence increased. I eventually began to look foward to strength training because I realized that cardio alone wasn't going to transform my body the way I wanted it to . Once I incorporated healthy eating and concentrating on eating more as opposed to less I really began putting on lean muscle and and that's the moment I saw the biggest changes . Many people ask how long it took me to get my results and I never know how to answer. It certainly didn't happen overnight. The process was slow . I still feel like I'm still a work in process but it's "loving the process" and seeing the changes that keeps me motivated . πŸ’ͺπŸ’•.
