These @FlavorGodMeals are so good, and they are a lot larger than other seasonings sold in stores. 👍ABS are made in the kitchen 👌 🍎🍴So excited to do my midweek "mini"meal prep late last night !!! Just got my #FlavorGod Seasonings in the mail! @FlavorGodMeals are delicious and they smell amazing! So glad I have these now! I'm going to incorporate these into my meals every day, and they have very little sodium, but a TON of flavor!

Tonight's Agenda : Snacking on Avocado Hummus and watching Netflix 🙌🙌👌👌#TheGoodLife 😊🔝. This recipe is sooooooo easy ...literally 5 minutes and Done👏👏.
▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ ❤️Avocado Hummus😍 Ingredients • 1 can of white beans , drained and rinsed . ( or can of chick peas) • 1 avocado cubed.
• 1 garlic clove peeled • juice from 1/2 lime.
• 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
•1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Directions- •Pulse beans ,garlic, olive oil and lime juice in food processor until smooth ( about 2 minutes) • season with salt and pepper and add avocado and pulse until creamy ( about 1 minute)
Top with additional olive oil and dash of pepper if desired .. serve with pita chips, tortilla chips or vegetables 👌👌 Enjoy 😘

It's always been a trouble area for me because it just lacks the definition I have in my upper body and abs. Sooooo I Increased my leg training to 2 days a week over the course of the year and constantly switched up my routine and challenged myself to push heavier weight . ✨- 💢Don't get frustrated when you don't see progress as quickly as you would like . Progress doesn't happen overnight ( it didn't for me . ) But once you begin seeing some changes, it WILL become MOTIVATION to keep you pushing toward your goals💢

😋🌿👌Healthy Spinach Artichoke Dip ... This yummy appetizer was a great hit this past weekend🌿😉❤️. I'm starting to use Football Sunday as a excuse to make great appetizers like this one 😉🏈
🔺13.75 oz can of artichoke hearts packed in water .. Drained and chopped 🔺10 oz frozen spinach thawed and squeezed. 🔺1/4 cup chopped shallots.
🔺1 garlic clove chopped.
🔺1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
🔺1/2 cup light mayonnaise.
🔺2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
🔺4 oz shredded part skim-mozzarella cheese. 🔺salt and fresh pepper to taste.
🔺red pepper flakes.
1⃣ in a large bowl blend the artichoke hearts and spinach . Add a few drops of to tobasco sauce ( optional) Set aside.
2⃣ Sauté the shallots in olive oil until translucent . Then Add chopped garlic and sauté for one more minute. Remove from heat.
3⃣ Add sautéed veggies to spinach artichoke mixture.
4⃣ add mayo , Greek yogurt, shredded mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese to spinach artichoke mixture and blend well
5⃣season with salt pepper and red pepper flakes
6⃣ spread Into an oiled casserole dish and sprinkle leftover cheese on top.
7⃣ bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown and bubbly .. Serve warm
