Don't take this literally, think outside the box.. This goes into the saying "you can't out train a bad #diet" and it's true.. Yes there's all this #iifym and #calories in vs calories out but foods effect your body differently (insulin spikes ext), so eating whatever you want as long as you are burning it off isn't always the best approach. It's about #training smarter not harder.. Diet is your foundation, #cardio should COMPLIMENT it! Don't go crazy and run or hop on the elliptical for hours on end.. It will only get you so far till you realize that being "skinny fat" isn't the look you're going for.

#holyshitballs I'm a crackhead when it comes to mixing my shit up. Great #postworkout right here! So I was stuffing my face with #greekyogurt trying to just get it down (eat to live, don't live to eat) and thought hmmm.. PB could make this better right?... Right! So I took a bowl, a tablespoon of peanut butter and melted it for 30 seconds. I then added 1/4c plain rice crispies, the rest of my yogurt, stirred then REALLY started #stuffingmyface. Seriously #amazing.
