@wonderfulvegan I kind of just winged it... Melt about 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips with about a teaspoon and a half of coconut oil, spread a thin layer into the bottom and about 3/4 inch up the walls of 6 cupcake liners, throw it in the freezer to chill. Mix about 1/2 cup natural peanut butter with some agave to taste, spread about 1 teaspoon into the now chilled chocolate cups, then add just enough melted chocolate to cover and sprinkle with fleur de sel salt, chill. They will be ready once the chocolate hardens, but it will melt pretty quick in slightly warmer than room temps, so keep them in the fridge if not eaten right away. Enjoy!
