@bealebo they built a ton of these in the mid-2000's some are still occupied but I think the majority of them either had subpar materials, were never lived in, or didn't pass building inspections. Not 100% sure though. Subsequently, these brand new houses got scrapped or torched by arsonists adding to existing blight.

@sparklegarden @tony_valenti , I talked to neighbors and they said a suburban guy came in with heavy trucks, which you can see from the shape of the roads. Some of the houses were stripped before they were occupied. Most have since been demolished. I'm curious about the developer too.
