I'm awkward posing for pictures and slightly embarrassed to post these but excited that I lost 6 lbs! I know its a lot of water weight also but I feel so much better! I love waking up not feeling bloated. I didn't drink quite as much water as I should have yesterday.. but now I just have to stick with eating healthy and shred some more body fat! Had my oatmeal for breakfast today and can't wait to put almond milk in my shake today mmmmm:) thinking I want to try and stray from dairy as much as possible though! Okay two top left are befores and bottom/right is after the 3 day cleanse. Guys always lose weight faster than girls (not fair) but my dad lost 9 lbs in 3 days!!! He did drink coffee during it but he started drinking it black and said he doesnt feel like he even needed it. He usually has really bad heartburn and hasn't had ANY problems with that. I was going to post my moms pictures too but she's wearing a loose tshirt in both of them I told her to put a tank top on at least :p @rachiespoon but I'm so proud of both my parents! Mom lost 7 lbs and you can tell she lost inches as well! She didn't drink coffee during the cleanse and she usually has at least 3 cups a day to function! Yay! So exciting! (She did go back to coffee today though haha)

@blessedszt do you drink shakeology already? :) its basically just 3 days of releasing toxins! You drink three shakes a day for breakfast, lunch and a snack and a salad for dinner with poultry. :)

I just used a little less than a cup of unsweet almond milk, half a banana, a little bit of pb2 and I put 5 ice cubes and stuck in the freezer for a half hour :) super basic! @runsarahrun5k
