@weedamarain Hope u do, it was tasty! Just strip the leaf from the stems, slice thinly, pour over the dressing and massage the kale in it (otherwise it is very tough to chew) for a few minutes. Add grated parmigiano reggiano cheese, and croutons (if desired). Yum!

Its homemade, a cup of sour cream, tsp white wine vinegar, squirt of lemon juice, TBS horseradish, TBS Dijon, salt and pepper. Heinz makes one that tastes pretty good but its not all that good for you. 😊

@rachelladd I haven't made it in ages either! I was eating the Bear Naked Protein one, then I switched to Muesli because granola has so much fat and sugar added to it... And actually, muesli is easier to make, no measuring needed. I'll look it up though the next time I go to my house, I never brought my cookbooks over (still need to build this crazy bookcase/door thingy first)...
